Dimension Limits

Dear All

I try to limit to display only 5 lowest value in my dimension but it shows only 4 lowest value.

How to correct this kind of problem

Uncheck "Show Others" option in Dimension limits tab

Hi Sofyan,

Can you check if the "show others" check box in Options section of the dimension limit tab is checked or not.

If it is checked, please uncheck and try again.

    You have to uncheck the 'Show Others' option in dimension limits tab.

Because usually If you limit with 5 value by check-in with 'Show others option,It will also count the show others row too- You will get 4 lowest value row + other value row.

Hi

Rather than calculating Lowest 5 Values from Dimension Limits create a new Expression as:

=aggr(if(Rank(-Sum(Value))<=5,Value),State)

Kindly change the field names

In dimension limit tab uncheck "Show Others"option.
