Hello,
I am trying to build a simple chart that drill down from Expenses, Catagories, Division, Sections and then transactions....
once I build the chart, I am not able the see the data for certain division since multiple records are there for different sections ....
I am attaching 2 excel sheets, where the first one is the master one, and the 2nd one is the finanical
my first view first should be the total expense and income, and then once click I can see the Divisions and then for one division i can see sub divisions and then the category and sub category .....
I tried all of this, but I am only able to drill to see a division & sub division only for divisions with one record in the master excel sheet
I am confused , of what to do ??????
