Dynamically change title based on the selection of field in straight table

If one Org Division value is selected, title will report that desc (i.e. Lancome) ex: Lancome by Brand. If >1 Org Divisions are in selection criteria, "Total Luxe" will show in title.

Try using the following in the title

=If(GetSelectedCount([Org Division])<>1,'Total Luxe',[Org Division]) & ' by Brand'
