HELP! Backgrounds disappeared!!!

From this morning the most part of my users can't see the backgroud pictures in their reduced and distributed document...

What can I do? I've upgraded from 11.20 SP2 to SP5, last friday, is it maybe a bug of the last version?

If I open the document (either in Qlik and in IE plugin) I can see all correctly, but in Ajax it is hidden or invisible.

How can I resolve?!

There is a bug: when a document contains "(" or ")" in it's name, the html page called from the portal, can't be created correctly.
