How to consider the data depending on the field values
I have a master data file loaded into the QV. Now i have two different calculations to be done in two different tabs. One tab contains all the data and calculations related to sales and the other tab contains all the data and calculations related to profit.
But the data for the Sales and Profit is combined as single data in the master data file. Please find the attached sample data.
Now my query is when i am calculating the Sales, i need to consider only the 'Sales' data available under COA Level 6 and 'Sales to third Party' under COA Level 7.
When i am calculating Profit i need to consider only the 'Profit' data available under COA Level 5.

Looking at the data if you filter for the field 'Profit' under COA Level 5 it automatically includes the data of sales from COA Level 6 how do you expect to handle this ? and regarding the filer just use Set analysis in your calculation for filter
