How to develop a user friendly report ?

Hi All

I have been design the QV report for quite some time , but my user feel that it is not user friendly.

May i ask , it there any rule i should follow , in order to achieve user friendly report.

Hope some one can point me the link.

any idea how the anti alias is performed in QV12?  the check box for anti alias in the font tab dissapeared
