How to produce this report in a single chart in qlikview?

Hi All,

          I need to produce a difficult report in qlikview.Please see the attached excel.I want to do this in one chart .The plus signs above will expand into months.The last part is the forecasting for future year.When i create expression with year ,quarter and month as dimension,the chart is fine until present time but for future forecasting its different expression and i need to have extra year in year but by default year 2013 is not there because there r no sales invoices for year 2013.Any ideas?

Hi,

Do you have the 2013 year in time dimentions?

If yes, you could use as expression:

=If(Year<=Year(Today()), Expression, Forecast_Expression)

Put your actual expression in "Expression", and the another expression in Forecast_Expression.

If you don't have the dimentions values, you must create them in script, and use the same expression.

Thanks sebastian,I changed the calendar end date as 'Date(Today()+366)' .I will say you my progress after producing the report.
