How to show dynamic labels for subtotals in a straight table like this? [Photo example provided]

Hello,

I have designed the following table:

How can I show the DivisionName title in the Total place?

The way I did the above table is to:

I can see you can put an expression in the Label field but not sure how to write an expression so that it shows "EMEA Total", "North America Total", and "South America Total".

Eventually I want to hide the DIvisionName column which is why I want the Total label to be dynamic.

Seems possible, anyone know how to do it please? Seems like an expression but not sure what.

When I add it here it makes no difference:

Instead of "Total" I want to see "EMEA Total" etc based on when the DivisionName value changes.

That is for Pivot Table I think.

Mine is a Straight Table.

That discussion has one post with a QVW attached. It shows using Dimensionality() to change the label in the expression. That might also work in a straight table.
