IE Plugin isn't working

Hello,

I want to know what do I have to do to fix this black bars in IE. Is there any update that I'm missing???

Which version of IE are you using?

Which version of the IEPlugin is installed?

Which version of QlikView server are you running?

Looks like it is AJAX client, not the IE Plugin.

The problem may be IE11, but QlikView is not running version 11.2 SR5.

IE11 is currently only supported on v11.2 SR5

Yes, it very possible may be a reason.

I'm just saying that the screenshot shows that the app is open in AJAX.  Toolbar is not like in Plugin.

So, what could be affecting the AJAX Client?

It could be IE11 issue, as Colin Albert suggested.  From the screenshot, it's hard to tell what's going on.
