Dear Team,
We recently upgrade our Qlikview server with QV 11.2 SR13 .
However post this one of our MAP RELATED feature is behaving strangely .We are not getting the other tabs to be seen .Attached(maprelatedfeature.jpg) is the snapshot when click on MAP and the other tabs and all background becomes black.
Document was opened from internal Access point from server.
However when Client opened the document from their machine it worked properly with ACCESS POINT .

Can you please advice what can be the issue ?and how can we resolve it from server?
