Need help with a chart

Hi All

I need some help creating a chart.  I have the following data:

User_Location	Employee_Count	Month
Athens	12	Mar-13
Amsterdam	13	Mar-13
UK	15	Mar-13
Athens	14	Apr-13
Amsterdam	13	Apr-13
UK	16	Apr-13

over time, I will have data for each month going forward.  I like to create a chart like this below but I'm not sure how to do so:

	Mar-13	Apr-13
Athens	12	14
Amsterdam	13	13
UK	15	16

Hi,

     Create a pivot table with dimension as User_Location and Month.

     Expression as sum(Employee_Count)

     then click on the Month dimension label, hold the click and then drag it on the expression.

for this just creat a pivot chart and put month dimension horizontally.

Thank you both for your help.  I never knew that you can do that with Dimensions.  Would never have look for how to drag the dimensions as you had described.
