Pivot Table add row with total

I wish to perform simply the sum of field values for 3 columns of a pivot table chart. should look like this

Portfolio  Rev11  Rev12  Rev13
Port1      10       5         2
Port2      10       10       10
TOTAL    20       15       12

i cannot figure out how to add this TOTAL row. I tried to add SUM(Rev11) in the expression tab, but this is adding a column and not a row. the values in this column are identical to values in the colmn Rev11.

Do you have a link to reference or solution ?

Hi

On your Pivot Table Properties go the Presentation tab and tick Show Partial Sums for your first dimension, Portfolio.

this is displaying a last row with label total, but no total values are displayed. i get smth like

Portfolio  Rev11  Rev12  Rev13

Port1      10       5         2

TOTAL

Select Pivot Table

Dimensions...

1)Portfolio

2)Year or RevenueYear

Expression

SUM(Value) or whatever you have

Presentation table...

Select Portfolio and Tick SHOW Partial SUM..

Adjust Year as Column....
