Pop-Ups

I have a document that when I edit it the pop-ups on graphs showing the value of each bar doesn't show, however when others edit the same document they can see the pop-ups. Any ideas?

it can be the zoom, in qv11 sr1 if you don´t have 100% zoom you can´t see the pop up, may be could be that.
