Hello,
I created a QlikView Report with one table in it.
The report in the print-preview in QlikView client appear correct:
Somehow, when I create the report on AccessPoint, the fonts become bold:
Do you have an idea which setting I should change or is it 'working as expected'?
Thank you,
Patrick
Hello Brett,
thank you for your feedback.
We stopped the deep dive in the configuration, because the download of the PDF preview is not bold and looks totally OK. In my case, it was only the rendering of Google Chrome. The users know the issue and are OK with it.
Best regards, Patrick
i had a similar issue where the font was rendered different in Access Point.
But that was only true for IE-Plugin.
I changed the default font for the whole ".qvw" and it worked fine again.
Maybe that helps
Hello @zhadrakas
thank you.
I guess you mean the settings in Settings - Setting of Document - Font, right?
What did you change there?
Best regards, Patrick
exactly. i had tahoma as default. Changed it to "Arial" and it works now
This would most likely have to do with the font being used not residing on the Server running QlikView would be my best hunch along the lines of what you have already discussed, but did not quite get to the most likely underlying cause. That is what I would confirm via the Server Windows Control Panel Fonts applet to confirm the font in question is installed on the server, otherwise a substitute font will be used. What I suspect in your case is the bold font exists, but not the regular font, sort of weird that would be the case, but only thing of which I can think other than potentially something in the configuration somewhere, but cannot think of anything off the top of my head. If you did get it sorted, it would be great if you can post exactly what it was, so others will know. Once you post, you can then use the Accept as Solution button on that post to mark it.
Regards,
Brett
