Qlikview 12.10 SR8 document thumbnail needs QVS.exe restart to see icon preview
Hello,
I just noted a bug regarding document thumbnail that didn't exist in previous versions.
In document thumbnail I checked "Opening Sheet" but on the access point I can't see it (preview not available is shown) unless I restart the QVS service.
I tried also deleting browser cache but without any result.
We are having a similar issue with only some documents where there is just no Image. Not even the "No Preview available" is showing. That message I found usually happens when you have saved it with web Viewer turned on and then publish it.
Due to a server optimization, from version 12, thumbnails images are refreshed every 1000 minutes (over 16 hours). Or immediatly after the QVS service restart.
