Qlikview chart animation disabled

Hi guys,

Up until recently the animate functionality in one of our models seemed to work fine. Now, when clicking on the animate button the 'play' button appears but it seems to be greyed out for some reason.

Does anyone have any idea what we should be checking?

Additional information:

-The animation doesn't appear to work in the qlikview application on the server either (play button appears greyed out).

-When opening the model via IE previously, I'd get prompted about whether or not to enable to disable functionality - this no longer happens.

Just an update on this, it looks like it was something trivial after all 😕

The reason it wasn't working was because only a single time value had been selected. For some reason when I made my selection (today and yesterday's date) it didn't actually save both selections. I needed to deselect today's date first for some reason before being able to select both dates and have them appear as being highlighted. We did reload some data today which may explain the odd behavior though.
