I am trying to create a bar chart where I want to find the ratio of employee strength in different grades.
The Grades are ranging from A - D. The employees, who have different employee number, are given a grade ranging from A to D. What I need to show is the ratio of employee strength in each grade and its next grade. The X axis should have the ratio of consecutive grade names, i.e., A:B, B:C, C:D. The Y axis should contain the values of the same, i.e., count( Employee with Grade = 'A') / count( Employee with Grade = 'B') and so on. I have attached a qlikview file explaining my requirement.
