Resolution mayhem

Hi,

I am working on a Qlikview project where we use standardized sizes and premade dashboards, these are 1280 x 720. If the person next to me opens these on his laptop he gets them in the correct resolution on his screen (also 1280x720), However when i open the exact same QVW file it is resized to 1600x960, my screen resolution is 1920x1080 btw, does anyone have a logical explanation for this?

We need to produce dashboards with size 1280x720 for the client, but even if i adapt my screenresolution and open a file it is still 1600 wide. Does anyone know what on earth is going on and how to fix it?

Check the OnOpen document trigger. Perhaps somebody added an action to it that runs a macro to resize the document.

But is there possibility to resize to a fixed ratio? That is wat the client wants all applications should be 1280 wide
