Reverse the order for Y axis in scatter chart and also show up in the labels

Hi,

I have a scatter chart with 3 expressions and 1 dimension as shown in the attached document. The chart is divided into 4 quadrants. I want to keep the X axis as it is but want the Y axis to be displayed in reverse order i.e lowest value [say 0%] at the top and largest value[100%]  at bottom. When we use static min and max, and negative value for static step, the axis gets reversed. The same thing can be seen in X axis . In Y axis, though the axis gets reversed, it does not show up in the labels. Let me know if there is any way to show the labels in reversed order for Y axis.
