Scatter Chart

Hi All,

Is it possible to shift the Y axis at center to show the more than 100% on right side and less than 100% on left side.

Please see the attached(excel).

I created the chart but don't know how to shift the Y axis at center for 100%.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Maybe use a reference line (available on presentation tab of chart properties) and hide the original axis on axes tab?
