SelectAll, Deselectall functionality not available in list box

Hi All,

Recently I came across a requirement where user wanted selectAll and DeselectAll in listbox.

We are trying to achieve it through Macro, but is there any way to achieve it without Macro.

Hi Nita,

right click in the listbox and you have a number of selection options that can be made, select possible, select excluded, select all

along with a clear too. So no need to use a macro, just use the native functionality

Hi,

Go to List box properties --> Caption Tab--> Special icons section

Select the options as below

Select All is for select all values and Clear for Deselect all values

Once checked click apply then, you will see the list box caption will be like below

2nd one is Select all and 3rd one is Deselect all
