We have recently had a new report developed which covers global information. To make it easier for certain managers, we are creating a standard report which is then tailored for their own part of the business. This means there will start to be quite a lot of bookmarks. We are able to share these globally, so that all users can see these bookmarks, but when we add in a username, although it shows the person, it is not shared on their bookmark list. This is the case for all but 1 bookmark, which we can see no difference in compared to ones that do not share.
Is there a list or something that we can check to make sure the options are correct? Our developers are devoted to other business tasks at this time and I'd like to find an answer quicker than having to wait for them if possible.
