Stacked Bar Chart With Ranked Expression

All, I am trying to replicate the stacked barchart shown below with the ranked legend as an expression. At first guess, I would imagine I would have to you the Rank function if this is even possible in qlikview. Let me know of any ideas. The Top1, Top2, Top3 is a ranked spend interval aggregated by a [Field Dimension]. Let me know of any ideas.
