Stacked Bar Chart, no month field

I have a bar chart for money used vs forecasted money. I want it to be stacked with the money used split between labor and shopwork $. and then the forecast by itself. I am able to do this but I need it sorted by month. However, I do not have a month field. The data I pull is from a binary file with $Jan, $Feb, etc... as all separate fields. How would I be able to sort this by month with no month field? I do not believe that I can crosstable them since it is from a binary file.

You can resident load the table involved and apply crosstable there
