Totals in Pivot tables

Hi Guys,

I have a pivot table as in the example below.

I need to allow users to select "showing total" by diferent expressions, or no totals at all.

For example, Getting Totals by "Parent CC" or getting totals by "LE / Cost Center", or no total at all.

Is there any nice work around without using macro?

Thanks in advance,

Aldo.

Parent CCLE / Cost centerExpense TypeBudget Actual
Parent CC 11Expense 160599
Expense 2644473
2Expense 118744
Expense 370
2Expense 2347380
Parent CC 251Expense 16910
Expense 2500

In QV11 it's fairly easily done with two variables and conditional expressions for the two dimensions. See attached example.

Nice & Easy,

(It would be nice having the posibility to do it witha condition instead of duplicating...).

Thanks 🙂

Aldo.
