Updating Please Try Again message ...

Has anyone seen this message?  "Updating Please Try Again" - we are actually updating real time through out the day using document refresh by saving a new copy of the source document while users are working through Access Point.  We did not see a this prior to upgrading to version 11.20.11922.0 SR2 64 bit to the best of our knowledge.

Our refresh settings are as follows:

Under Settings - 

Document Properties  -

Server - Refresh Mode When Document is Updated on Sever is set to

"Server performs refresh automatically without client action"

Having the same problem from IPAD or ANDROID (AJAX, no client) versions. We are NOT updating any data in real time, so this just does not make any sense...

Did you ever get a fix for this issue.

I have the same issue where I am reloading a document every minute, and that message keeps appearing every minute.

It will drive the users mad.

After upgrading to SR12, some of the users who work with Ajax, started receiving the message.

I applied what Rob suggested at the bottom of the following thread, and it resolved the issue:
