Where is pivot table object?

In demo, the presenter just did New Sheet Object and it showed Pivot Table as an option. I'm running QV10 and it isn't there. So if not there where is it?

Select New Object - Graph - Pivot

Thanks - now I realize a presenter had gotten there by going to chart first. Now to figure out why it doesn't work like a pivot table normally does - only one dimension I selected shows up unless I drill down. Pivot table to me means something across the horizontally, not just vertically.
