Why my Set Expression when i click on year = 2013 it display correct value ?

Hi All

My question is how to modify the expression , so that when i click on Red button , it will display right value.

money(

sum({$<year = {">=$(=max(year),4)"}

,[Reporting Code] = {

">=0001<=

00015"

     }

, month = {"<=$(=max({<year={$(=max(year))}>} month))"}>}Amount/$(ColumnDim98)/1000)

, $(vMoneyFormatK_GL))

Now it will display Right value when i click on Blue button.
