My target is to visualize a roadmap using QlikView. My first idea was to use a grid chart with the departments/cost centre as y-axis, time as an x-axis and the individual projects as dots with their priority determining the size of the bubble or shape.
My problem:
When I try to put this to practice I don't seem to be able to put every project on the timeline because he aggregates projects that have the same start date. In addition to this he doesn't uses the priority as a determinant of size nor does he put the label of the individual projects in the hover-over.
Can anybody give any advice on how to tackle this sort of problem?
