exporting pivot tables in QV10 SR2

After converting to QV10 SR2 from QV9, the same pivot table that used to export to excel correctly now repeats the first dimension's values into the second dimension's column (the second dimension's values are along the top of the object).  The exports are attached.  Does anyone know if this is a bug or how to fix the export?

Have your tried exporting with the QV10 SR3 version?

No I have not.  We're currently using SR2 and I'm unable to download SR3.
