field selection exclusion from setanalisys

Hello, an expression how can I not consider selecting a particular filter? I guess you have to use the set analysis but what is the syntax? with the characters   1 I consider or not the filters but if I wanted to exclude only the selection of a filter (field called FLAG) how should I do?
