how to apply colors in visual cues for string values

HI all

I 've values like Pass and Fail randomly in a status column. I want to show the Pass as Green background and Fail as Red background in a straight table .. Is it possible.. if possible means please Help me how to do that I tried many times in visual ques but it not working...

Use the background color of the expression or dimension, expression like

if(Status='Fail',Red(),Green())

there is a sign in expression and dimension, there you can add your expression to control colours, something like:

if(myvalue <= 5, RGB(255,0,0))
