need help to write a macro..

Hi Experts,

i have a table in which some serial no are given. now i want to open a URL in internet exporer such that when serial no clicked from table, that serial will be passed in URL.

for example:

in the above table if i clicked on 1004 then URL called should be

http://abcd.com/unit_information?exid=1004

I think it would be possible to do it using macro.. but i dont have any experience to do it...
