qlikserver problem

hello i need your help , i have problem with qlikviewserver all service

Open the Computer Management app, go to Local Users and Groups and check whether the ASUS account is member of the Local Administrators group. If not, then do so.

Next do the same check for membership of the QlikView Administrators group.

I you don't have Administrator access to this desktop that is running QV Server, then ask a SysAdmin.

Can you loginto your QV server and see the services.msc? May be you might need to restart the services to get them back.

when i login , require login and pwd , that i dont know

You might want to ask the Admin guys who support the server may be. You need a qlikadmin account to login.

Hi Souad,

Log onto the server where your process live as your service account, launch IE and make sure your Proxy Server settings are correct. Also make sure you check "Bypass proxy server for local address" is checked.
