We try to open our documents using the Accesspoint. With the use of AD we only see the reports we want, this works good.
In the CAL tab (management tool) of the document we assigned a user called UserName.
This is exactly the same spelled as displayed after login (ourname\UserName), but when we try to apply this the name is uppercasted to USERNAME in the management tool.
Could this be the problem why our document can't be opened??
