Problems with Management Console

Hi,

I was moved into different domain and now I am not able to log in to management console. Would you have an idea what I am missing when I am getting the following errror message

Access Denied

Membership of local security groups is

missing.

Please refer to the manual for more information.

What is this local security group? Where I can add myself in there? I can access to management console with service admin user, so if something needs to be adjusted I can do.  I have added into my new user the named licence, but obviously that is not enough.

I would appreciate your help

Your new login needs to be added as member of the local group "QlikView Administrators" on the QlikView server.

Hi,

Make sure of below things

1) Is your QlikView server joined to the same domain?

2) Make sure you belong to Local administrator group and inturn belong to QlikView administrator Group.

3) After that make sure to restart QlikView server once.

Let me know if that worked.
