Qlik View 12 license issue - Qlik Community

I have qlik view license from server lease. It was working fine on my Laptop. Once was Laptop was formatted I installed it again and tried open from server. I was able to connect but didn't get license. If I login to any other Laptop I am able to obtain License.

Please help me with resolving the issue.

When you performed "Open in Server..." on your newly formatted laptop, did you see any documents in the available documents overview? Were you able to open at least one of them?

As far as I remember, there is a limit on the number of devices the same user can obtain a license lease for (2?).

In QMC, your administrator should see the details of the devices with license for your user.

Maybe your computer changed its UID while fixing the computer issue, so you may need to identify and remove the 'old' leased license from QMC.
