Remove licence from a broken computer

Hi all,

I use QlikView 10 since quite a lot of time in my company. My former computer is totally out of service and I can't access it anymore. So I'm not able to clear the licence informations and use them again on my new computer. Any idea on how I can deal with this issue?

Maybe you should contact your Qlik Partner. A license can be unallocated, but you will need to prove that you own that license.
