Access point with no documents with NTFS auth.

QLikview server 10 upgraded from ver9R5. Most of bugs resolved but I no longer can see my documents on Access Point over WEB server. I uninstalled everything (Qlikview server, desktop, IIS) and deleted every registry related with Qlikview or Qliktech. I also deleted every META file on my QVW folder for a fresh new install.

I re installed QVServer 10 SR1 with Qlikview webserver. Auth is going under NTFS. The users have all the permissions on qvw files as I checked on QEMC under users.

All models are reloaded as programed in QEMC, and I can connect to the server from QV Desktop and load files from server without problem.

QVS license could not be validated on version 10, but on 9 there was no problem. No I have a "unlicensed" warning under QVS service, anyway that service seems to work just fine.

The problem is accessing files over web -> Access point user validated but "No Documents" as the only message where the thumnails used to be.

Any help apreciated.

Cheers from Chile.

Chris.

Hi Chris,

It sounds like this is related to your QVS license. I would suggest getting in touch with your QlikView partner or QlikView support for direct customers. Include the description here and your license information and I'm sure they can help you out.

I contacted local support and they are working on it. Still, all QVS services work just fine, like reloading a scheduling. I'll let you know when I get my new license.

Anyway, when opening default Qlikview Webserver

http://'qvserver':4750/qvws.asmx

it authenticates just fine but this comes out as a message:

<Root>POST request without contents, can't process!</Root>

Could this be related?

I cleared all data related with the old install, including LEF files and META.

It was a matter of license,  QV sent me an updated license key for QV10 and all solved.
