An alternatively could be to load those log-files into a qvw and use then within the access point. I'm not sure how much from the task-logs are included within the governance dashboard but at least it will give you some ideas how to read those log-files: Governance Dashboard
I think QMS APIs can be helpful in this matter. You can built your own UI that will call the QMS API webservice and can use the Task Details function. Or you can have the log folder access given to the users to see the log files.
