I am using this product for the first time and facing an issue while trying to access the application on browser.
The Access point screen itself takes more than 2 minutes to load and then the dashboard are very slow to access.I have changed the configuration to preload the documents and even disabled auditing for testing purposes but to avail no benefits.Checked with network/security/Wintel teams and no issues in that too. The network runs at 1 GBPS. The application size is around 214MB. The server is clustered with 256GB RAM and 48 Core processor. The application works fine at local host access point.
