Discussion Board for collaboration on QlikView Management.
We are trying to use Webtickets to access QV documents through an intranet solution.
A php script generate a ticket and call the QVS, but a dialog that says "Failed to authenticate" pop up.
Anyone familiar with this problem?
Is there a basic setting on the QVS or QVWS that I should be aware of?

Are you getting a ticket or is this error coming up when you request the ticket? The server that is requesting the ticket has to be trusted. If you do a search on the Community for SSO I think you will find post that will be helpful.
