Cluster Count Exceeded

I've been noticing that my QlikView Server service (version 8.5) on the server has been stopping and starting at about 10 minute intervals. After looking in the Event Log I found the following error message:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: QlikViewServer
Event Category: None
Event ID: 120
Date: 1/20/2010
Time: 2:05:17 PM
User: N/A
Computer:
Description:
Server aborted trying to recover by restart. Reason for restart: Cluster Count Exceeded

Any idea what would be causing this? The server that QlikView Server is installed on is virtual; not sure if that makes a difference or not. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

This mostly likely indicates that the same QVS license key is being used on another machine in your network. This is not allowed.

Thanks Rob, I believe you are correct. After stopping the QlikView Server service on my Dev server the error has yet to appear again on my Staging server.
