Error Message "Login Failed" With IIS

Dear QV Community

I have a problem, the user open the Access point in the web browser, the first page is the login form,the user insert the user and password and the system return the message “Login Failed”, the build installation is 11.0.11282.0 With Publisher (DMS) over IIS 7.5

Solucioné el problema, re digitando la contraseña del usuario del AppPool y habilitando el QlikView IIS Pool y deshabilitando el qvweb Pool.

The solution was re type the user and password for QlikView IIS Pool and enable this and disable qvweb

Is there any License assigned for the user? Do you understand how to use the QMC?

Gracias por tu respuesta, soy de  Colombia, bueno te cuento que claro a nivel del QVMC hay usuarios asignados con licencias document y mames, de echo hace unos cinco o seis días ingresaban sin.ningún problema, los usuarios son locales de Windows en el.servidor, a mi modo de ver el problema radica sobre el.IIS , puesto que todo sobre QVMC está bien, sin embargo si deseas te puedo dar información acerca de los.valores.configurados en QVMC, lo que necesites con gusto. Igual sobre configuración del.IIS si necesitas algo me.dices. Gracias
