Error when open document with iexplorer pluggin via Access Point without IIS

For anyone who have or have had this issue:

QlikView 11 installed on a Windows Server 2012, making tunnelling with QVP Protocol, not using IIS.

If the system shows an error similar than the image attached, prove adding the 4747 port to the Windows Firewall, into incoming rules.
