Excel icon missing in Ajax

I am using 64bit Server v9 sr5. Using Ajax in Internet Explorer the Send To Excel icon has dissapeared from the captions of all of my objects. Does anyone know if this is a known bug? Or is there a basic and obvious solution I am missing! Thanks in advance.

Just experienced the same thing using the same QV version.

No idea what happened... Anyone has a solution?

Hi mountaindude,

I fixed this by the following...

In QMC go QlikView Server Settings -> Print

Then apply the following...

URL: http://yourservername//QvPrint

Folder: c:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Qvs\QvPrint
