Exporting Problems using Chrome

Recently upgraded from 11.2 to 12.2 this past weekend. Then on Tuesday some clients....not all are experiencing issues exporting to excel. One client described that when she goes to export the table her mouse turns into a loading symbol and then does nothing. But when she exits out of the tab and reopens it and goes into the access point to select the report...it downloads. It is the strangest thing.

She is on the latest Chrome Version and has been using chrome with Qlikview for years.

She is using a Mac and the data is not too large too export. Any ideas??
