Hi all,

My server Qlik v. 11 SR1 (on windows server 2008) always tells me, in the event log file, this error:

Even the windows event viewer shows the message:

I do not understand what could be the problem. I've noticed that happens when I browse through the web interface. I tried with many qvw file but the problem will occur.

Can you help me?

i'm facing the same issue, how did you get the name of the document which causes this message ?

my version is 11SR2

It was pretty obvious in our case, the report was taking ages to appear in IE. Errors in the server's event log corresponded to the time when this document was being loaded.

Hi,

You should see the document loading in the event log and the error start.

700 Information DOC loading: Beginning load of document C:\DOCUMENTS\TEST.QVW.

700 Information Document Load: The document C:\DOCUMENTS\TEST.QVW was loaded.

700 Information CAL usage: Named CAL "SR6\ADMINISTRATOR" now used - ok.

100 Notice CAL usage: Using CAL of type "Named User" for user "SR6\ADMINISTRATOR". Named user cals in use: 1

300 Error Extensions: Failed to load extension NoToolbar. Make sure it is available at the correct location

Hello, Is there a way to identify which qvw file is triggering those logs i see in Events? As i know this qvw file is using an extension which is not allowed or not existing in the server. Thanks!
