Is there a way to find out who is currently logged in to Accesspoint and using a particular dashboard? It seems that the file is locked and is being used by another process when a user is currently using a dashboard and we're replacing the dashboard with an updated version (/updated data). I want to know who that user is so I can ask him to log off first. Btw, I am not using Publisher to do this though.
In your QMC, go to Status > QVS Statistics and view the tabs there. The Open Documents tab shows you the documents loaded in memory and if any of these have sessions open. The Documents and Users tab should show you the info you need.
