Governance Dashboard For Qlikview 12

Has any one configured Governance Dashboard for Qlikview 12 . Encountering the following issue while reloading. The other qlikview applications are working fine.

Can you please guide the steps to install Governance dashboard. Not sure what was the below issue about.
